SEI Box Kit - Aunt Gertiby crysdawn | More from this Blogger Even though I am crazy about scrapbooking, I'm sad to admit I don't have a lot of albums completed for my family. The excuses are all valid and real, nevertheless it has left my girls and husband without a good way to remember all our wonderful memories. I found a wonderful solution in the SEI album kits in a box. The one I want to discuss is the Aunt Gerti box kit. Each kit includes: pre-cut cardstock, 1 sheet of alphabet stickers, brads, 1 sheet of cardstock frame/label stickers, 8 x 8 post-bound album, buttons, 1 sheet of die-cut tags, memorabilia box and the pre-cut pieces to make 8 2-page layouts. They are super cute and make a great gift album. I put together two of these albums for my girls, Miri and Emma, so they can each have a book to remember some of my favorite pictures of them through out the past year. The kits went together so well. Lisa helped me put one together while I did the journaling for Miri's album. She put it together before I had completed all the journaling (by hand) on the first one. It took about an hour and it was fun to see it come together so fast and still be so cute. Plus I now have the adorable box to put memorabilia in to save for each girl. This was the type of project I could do while still helping the girls with snacks or fix a toy. Some scrapbooking projects take full concentration, while this project was very self-explanatory. It also comes with a full-color guide sheet giving instructions for each layout. I highly recommend this type of album for anyone who wants to put together a simple, easy, very cute album highlighting your favorite pictures and memories. The tools you will need in addition to what is supplied for you are adhesive (I used Hermafix, glue dots, and a glue stick), straight scissors, a corner rounder and an anywhere punch. Have a fun time with this kit!
