Scrapbooking Purses, Handbags, Totes and Wallets

With the change in the season, and the fall months upon us, I decided I would love to change purses to something that shows off who I am. I am a mom and a scrapbooker, first and foremost. So I need something that was roomy enough to store plenty of items including my organizer, yet would also fit scrapbook supplies, an album maybe and I would love to find one that also would on occasion accommodate my laptop.

I already have a laptop bag, and I do not take my laptop everywhere with me, so that was the feature I was most flexible with. This is what I found on my search. I am still not sure which I will go with, but when I come up with that, I will be sure to let everyone know. Plus if you have any ideas yourself or if I don't have one you think I'd love listed, let me know.

Oh My Crafts! is an adorable website with plenty of scrapbooking supplies, but I found a whole section dedicated to wallets, purses and handbags. They have dozens of items and it was difficult to choose which ones I really liked.

They offer the Vituri Lifestyles Bags which also have coordinating wallets and are really cute. They come in pink, black, brown and sage and have plenty of features to make it something I fell in love with instantly. The purse features include cool exterior photo windows, Metal feet on the bottom to make it a sturdier product, a large zippered pouch, a rear external pocket, detachable matching key chain with a photo window, pen loops so you never have to go looking for your pens again, pockets for credit cards, a cell phone, and your glasses and a unique feature - a mesh pocket for a water bottle. They are attractive and stylish and really are the ultimate scrapbookers purse.

The matching wallets in the Vituri line are perfect with the purse, or without because they come with a removable shoulder strap.

The other one I found is a product designed by Thermo Web that is really popular right now. The Mimi Totes. These come in a variety of colors and styles, from exclusive scrapbook tool and larger supply totes to bags that can be used as a purse. My favorite is the one shown here, the Mimi Digiscrap Laptop Tote. Obviously I really wanted one that would hold my laptop too, yet the feature I don't have here is the ability to comfortably fit a large wallet. The features and what the tote includes: a key ring & zippered cord storage pouch, laptop storage, a zippered interior divider pocket for paper & files, an interior organizer for CD's, pens and other essentials, (which I wondered if I could remove and replace with a wallet), a luggage strap, it has a wheeled tote handle for easy transporting which I loved, comfortable handles that are both adjustable and removable, a shoulder strap and a roomy exterior pocket for your cell phone and even a camera.

So, with all that said, I think it is time for me to go to the local scrapbook store and check these little beauties out in person to see which one I really love, and is the most affordable yet useful for me.
