Summer has finally arrived. The humidity level in the Midwest has made it difficult to enjoy being outdoors during the main daylight hours, so I have tried to play catch up on some scrapbooking. Natural light isn’t just good for maintaining your circadian rhythms. The right amount of light at the right time of day can do amazing things for your body! Light helps you wake up.
